Candle Making Event Waiver

By purchasing a ticket for and/or participating in any candle making event hosted by Midnight Embers Candle Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that candle making involves the use of hot wax, fragrance oils, tools, and equipment that may pose a risk of injury if not handled properly. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event, including but not limited to burns, spills, or other minor injuries.

Release of Liability

I agree to release and hold harmless Midnight Embers Candle Co., its owner(s), employees, contractors, and event partners from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in the candle making event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the event and understand that failure to do so is at my own risk. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I am physically able to take part in the activity.

Photo & Video Release

I grant Midnight Embers Candle Co. permission to photograph and/or record me during the event and to use these images or recordings for marketing, promotional, social media, website, and advertising purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout and completing my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
